Who: Mark, a hot hairstylist and colorist in Manhattan
Spotted: On 8th Avenue and 17th Street in Chelsea on his way to work.
What We Loved: Unfortunately, this photo from my iPhone doesn't show the awesome details that make Mark's outfit hot on a particularly chilly spring day in New York. It's all about texture. The subtle herringbone pattern on his charcoal gray Chinook pea coat, the contrast stitching on his G-Star shirt and silky woven pattern of his Sisley tie add polish and a little drama to an otherwise classic look.
We love Mark's mix of prep-school style and rock and roll edge—notice the rolled down Kenneth Cole boots and the tattoos that peek over his buttoned up shirt collar and tie.

When Out threw a party to celebrate the release of the March Spring Fashion Issue, the chic underground Manhattan bar Amalia was overrun with a bus load of naughty schoolboys in need of detention!
With an open bar of Imperia Vodka, the crowd was not about to behave, no matter what their conservative dress codes suggested. The most noticeable trend among the gorgeous and glamorous crowd (which included the Out coverboys and "Gossip Girl" boys) was the number of handsome men dressed in their best prep-school threads including cute cardigans and argyle sweaters over button-downs and ties of all sizes.
Nothing screams high-fashion like a great drag queen. Take New York City drag queens Brandy Wine and Brenda A. Go-Go as prime examples. Their getups for Marc Jacobs' Fall 2008 presentation Moet & Chandon party on Friday night left even the most daring of fashionistas feeling a bit tame when they eyed Brandy's cotton-candy pink wig (the higher the hair, the closer to Jesus, I like to say), the metallic silver handbag, the prism-like dress and sensible heels. And Brenda almost fits right in with the fashion crowd in her two-tone pumps, pleated skirt and keylime top.

What: Posh and Becks have become a favorite Halloween costume for couples... is this a sign of the apocalypse or have the British imports officially conquered the U.S.?
Few men can pull of wearing a necklace—let alone three or four at one time—without looking like a douche bag. But necklaces—not your tacky gold chains but eye catching pendants—are making a return. Stylish neckwear (no, not ties) is crossing over from the bling-adorned hip hop artists and reaching more mainstream street-styles—and with Pharrell Williams designing necklaces for Louis Vuitton, the trend will only grow.
Fears of douchebaggery didn't stop Ari Gold from sporting handful of necklaces when he stopped by Good Times at gay hot spot Eastern Bloc in Manhattan's East Village. Each necklace is strategically placed to draw your attention to the gay R&B crooner's neck and chest—of course, it helps to hit the gym a bit before attracting furtive glances. If Ari (we're on a first-name basis) wore a choker, he might not get the same effect.
His outfit wasn't anything spectacular: A sleeveless, slightly unzipped hoodie (perfect for a night out during the unseasonably warm nights that currently plague NYC), jeans and a mohawk. But it's the necklaces (and the balls confidence to wear them) that finish the look.
If you're going to sport some jewelry, be sure to follow Coco Chanel's advice and remove the last piece of jewelry you put on before leaving the house.
Seen: Attending the memorial service for the late, great Isabella Blow, fashion editor and international style icon, during London Fashion Week.
What we love: The gender-bending ensemble replete with heels, skinny pants, trucker hat, beard and coat in a cheery shade of daffodil yellow. How else can you stand out in a crowd of people dressed in drab, mournful black? Issy would approve.
Spotted: Performing last night with Fiona Apple in Central Park
What we like: The light pin-striped blazer with a matching gray tie, black shirt, mussed-up hair and mandolin is a little bit country...and a little bit rock n' roll.
What we don't: The dark blue jeans with the black shirt. If you're going to wear a black shirt with jeans, there should be enough contrast between the two colors. Choose a lighter denim wash.
Stylelist: How would you describe your style of dress? Ohene: Bohemian chic. If I had more money, I could get more holes in my jeans. S: You're wearing a necktie and a scarf. Why? O: It was cold earlier, so I borrowed the scarf. The tie is a condom holder.
S: You're kidding! O: Have a look... S: Wow. You're very inventive. O: That's not all. I designed my hat too. I like to make clothing for other people. And I make music. S: You do it all. I feel so inadequate... O: I have a myspace page too. Check it out!
Name: Jonathan Age: 23 Job: Manager at Soho Diesel Store
Stylelist: Who do you think is the most fashionable man in pop culture right now? Jonathan: The former lead singer of Blink 182. What's that guy's name? S: I have absolutely no idea. J: Damn, what is it.....[Mark Hoppus] S: How would you describe your style of dress? J: At work, more sophisticated. When I'm out, it's thug-meets-hipster. S: Hence the brass knuckles? J: Exactly. S: Hey, is your hair really long underneath that hat? J: Yes, I have shoulder-length hair but I can't show it to you. S: Aw c'mon! J: No, seriously. I can't. S: So what do you do to stay healthy and cute? J: My girlfriend feeds me Japanese food. Sushi and miso all the time. She's from Japan. S: Where do you see yourself in ten years? J: Either something corporate with Diesel, or I'd like to own two or three of my own boutiques. We'll see.
